CapitaLand Development (CLD) has received an overwhelming response for its upcoming projects in Vietnam. The developer recently opened the doors for exclusive previews of two of its highly anticipated developments located in the country.
On Oct 26, the preview for Orchard Hill was launched, garnering a 90% booking rate for its 774-unit high-rise project. This development is the second phase of Sycamore, a joint venture between CLD and United Overseas Australia, which boasts a mix of low-, mid-, and high-rise developments with a total of 3,500 freehold units. Orchard Hill is slated for completion by 4Q2026 and has proven to be a popular choice among buyers, with one- and two-bedroom units being the most sought after.
In addition to Orchard Hill’s success, CLD also saw a strong response for The Senique Hanoi, a 2,150-unit high-rise project located in East Hanoi. The preview, held on Nov 9, achieved a remarkable 92% booking rate for its units. Developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development, The Senique Hanoi is expected to be completed by 2027.
This impressive turnout follows the highly successful launch of the third and final phase of Lumi Hanoi, CLD’s mega-residential development. This 3,950-unit project saw a whopping 97% take-up rate on launch day, with 678 of the 697 units released being snapped up quickly. With only a handful of units left, Lumi Hanoi is now almost fully sold, reflecting the high demand for CLD’s developments in Vietnam.
