The chief executive officer of real estate firm Tuan Sing Holdings, William Liem, has once again increased his stake in the company. Through Nuri Holdings (S), an entity under his ownership, Liem acquired a total of 1.7 million shares from the open market on December 5th and 6th. The shares were purchased at an average price of 25.45 cents per share, amounting to a total of $447,613.50.
This latest round of buying brings Nuri Holdings’ total stake in Tuan Sing to approximately 672.7 million shares, which is equivalent to 54.09% of the company’s issued share capital. Prior to these purchases, Nuri Holdings had also bought shares on September 10th and 11th, with prices ranging from 25 cents to 25.5 cents per share.
According to the company’s latest financial report, Tuan Sing’s net asset value per share was 97.8 cents as of June 30th, a slight decrease from 99 cents as of December 31st, 2023.
