Aman Develop Branded Residences Bodrum Resort Turkey
Switzerland-based luxury hospitality group Aman has announced the development of Aman Residences in Bodrum, Turkey. These exclusive residences will be located within the Amanruya estate, the brand’s resort in the coastal city of Bodrum. The project is a partnership between Aman and Turkish wealth management firm RePie Asset Management.
According to Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman, the introduction of Aman Residences in Bodrum is a testament to the brand’s commitment to the destination and its desire to offer its renowned way of living in this iconic Aman location.
The beachfront villas will be designed by long-time Aman collaborator Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects, while the waterfront, lagoon, and forest villas will be created by South African firm Saota. Construction of these villas is slated to begin at the end of this year.
In addition to the residences, Amanruya’s hotel amenities will also be expanded. This includes a new spa, retail options, beach club, and restaurants. Owners of the Aman Residences, Bodrum will have full access to all of the resort’s amenities.
