City Developments Limited (CDL) will be unveiling the luxurious Union Square Residences, a 366-unit condominium on Havelock Road, on November 1. The official sales launch is scheduled for November 16.
The 99-year leasehold property is the residential component of Union Square, a large mixed-use development that features offices, retail and F&B outlets, as well as co-living spaces with a hotel license. The project sits on the former sites of Central Mall and Central Square, prime real estate in District 1 that used to house a seven-storey office tower, a cluster of conservation shophouses, and a mixed residential and commercial building.

Union Square Residences is a 40-storey tower that houses 366 apartments and commercial units on the first two levels. The residences consist of one-bedroom units starting from 463 sq ft, two-bedroom units from 700 sq ft, three-bedroom units from 990 sq ft, and four-bedroom premium units measuring 1,518 sq ft. There are also two Sky Suites on levels 38 and 39, each spanning 2,476 sq ft, and a sole penthouse measuring 4,833 sq ft.

Prices for Union Square Residences start from $1.38 million ($2,981 psf) for a one-bedroom unit, $1.998 million ($2,854 psf) for a two-bedroom unit, $2.82 million ($2,848 psf) for a three-bedroom unit, $4.62 million ($3,043 psf) for a four-bedroom premium unit, and $9.288 million ($,3751 psf) for a Sky Suite.

The apartments will come furnished with kitchen appliances from reputable brands such as Liebherr, De Dietrich, and V-Zug, and bathroom fittings from Hansgrohe and Geberit. The Sky Suites and penthouse also boast of a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe designed by the Italian brand Rimadesio.
Union Square Residences is conveniently located within walking distance of three MRT stations: Clarke Quay, Chinatown, and Fort Canning.
