Seaa Lauds 625 Agents Its Annual Sg Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards
On August 16, 2024, the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2024 was held at Marina Bay Sands, where a total of 625 local real estate agents were recognized. This marks the fifth year of SEAA organizing this event, with Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State for Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Home Affairs, presiding over the ceremony.

The awards ceremony was divided into two sessions, where agents were honored across four categories. In the first afternoon session, agents from the Silver and Gold categories received the Salesperson Achievement Award. In the evening session, individual and multi-award recipients from the Platinum and Diamond categories were presented with the Salesperson Achievement Award.
Other awards included the Outstanding Youths Award for agents under 28 years old, who earned at least $120,000 in gross commission in 2023, as well as the Rookies Award for new agents who achieved exemplary sales and rental transactions of at least $80,000 within 18 months in the industry. The Seniors Achievers Award recognized agents aged 60 and above who earned at least $100,000 in the previous year.
In his speech, Minister Faishal highlighted the important role that agents play in helping clients navigate the complex real estate landscape and safeguard their best interests. He urged agents to speak out against those who engage in misconduct and unethical practices, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the reputation and trust of the real estate sector.
SEAA President, Adam Wang, noted the increase in the number of agencies participating in this year’s awards, with over 600 qualified applicants. He emphasized the credibility and professionalism that these accolades bring to the work of real estate agents and how it builds consumer trust and elevates industry standards.
In line with its aim to support real estate agents in Singapore, SEAA has also introduced initiatives such as the best practice guide on co-broking commissions and regularly updates its Continuing Professional Development courses to meet market needs. Wang reiterated the association’s commitment to equipping its members with the latest technology tools and knowledge to excel in any market condition.
