Sim Lian Group has recently announced the preview of its latest development, Emerald of Katong, on November 1st, with sales set to start on November 16th. Located on Jalan Tembusu, off Tanjong Katong Road, the 99-year leasehold condo is a five-minute walk from the Tanjong Katong MRT Station (on the Thomson East Coast Line).

Emerald of Katong is situated on Parcel B on Jalan Tembusu, which was acquired by Sim Lian for $828.8 million dollars, or $1,069 per square foot per plot ratio, in July last year. The development will be neighbor to Tembusu Grand, a 638-unit condo by City Developments and MCL Land.
