With a gross floor area of 4,607 square feet, the 103-year leasehold shophouse is priced at $2,995 per square foot. Senior associate marketing director at PropNex, Kris Ng, highlights that the shophouse stands out due to its long-term and stable tenants, including healthcare retailer Guardian and United Overseas Bank (UOB). Located in Bedok Town Centre, the shophouse is conveniently close to Bedok MRT Station, Bedok Mall, and Heartbeat@Bedok. Similar to 76 Pagoda Street, foreigners and companies are not subject to ABSD or SSD when acquiring this commercial property. The EOI exercise for 210 New Upper Changi Road will close at noon on Jan 10, 2025.
