Gallop Gables’ high was from a 2,669 sq ft four-bedroom unit that changed hands for $6.14 million, making a net profit of $1.64 million for the seller. The previous high at the condo was $2,108 psf from the sale of a two-bedroom unit for $2.45 million in Feb 19. Located in District 10, Gallop Gables is a low-density development with 102 units spread across four-storey blocks. The condo has seen three resale transactions this year at an average price of $2,110 psf, higher than the average price of $1,991 psf from four transactions last year. Sims Edge has 78 units of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 409 sq ft to 1,195 sq ft. It is within walking distance to the Paya Lebar MRT Interchange Station. Overall, no new psf-price lows were recorded during this period.
