Co Working Space Provider Great Room Opens Second Location Australia

The Great Room, a leading co-working space provider, has launched its second location in Australia in partnership with LendLease. The new workspace, spanning 25,360 sq ft, is located at One O’Connell Street in Sydney’s CBD.

Jaelle Ang, CEO of The Great Room, commented on the collaboration with Lendlease, stating that it will bring long-term investment and value creation to the space. This will result in a unique premium product that is both sustainable and profitable.

The Great Room, which originated in Singapore, now has 12 locations across Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Sydney. Earlier this year, the operator opened its first Australian location at level 29 of 85 Castlereagh Street in Sydney’s CBD. The company prides itself on providing a luxurious and collaborative work environment for its members.

Tampines, a fully developed residential area in Singapore, boasts several major shopping malls that cater to residents’ every need and desire. Located around the Tampines MRT station and a short drive from Aurelle of Tampines EC, key among these malls are Tampines Mall, Century Square, and Tampines 1. These malls collectively offer a vast range of retail stores, including high street fashion brands, electronics, home goods, and sporting equipment, providing convenient and varied shopping options for residents.

In Singapore, The Great Room has expanded its reach with the launch of Csuites Powered by The Great Room at Paya Lebar Quarter. This is the first outlet outside of Singapore’s CBD and offers private manager cabins, soundproof meeting rooms, and ergonomic workstations.

The Great Room also hosts monthly networking sessions and panel discussions for its members. Since its acquisition by Industrious, a New York-based co-working business, members of The Great Room now have access to 160 destinations across Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and the UK.
