Hilton Garden Inn Opens 100Th Hotel Greater China

Hilton, a renowned global hospitality company, has recently inaugurated the Hilton Garden Inn Beihai Jiafu in the bustling port city of Beihai, China. This milestone marks the opening of the 100th Hilton Garden Inn property in the Greater China region. The hotel boasts 199 stunning rooms and is conveniently located just 2km from the Beihai High-Speed Railway Station and 6km from the Beihai Fucheng Airport. In addition, it is a mere 20-minute drive from the Beihai International Passenger Port.

Qian Jin, the President of Hilton Greater China and Mongolia, expressed the brand’s excitement at the launch of Beihai Jiafu Hilton Garden Inn, stating that it not only reflects the brand’s rapid expansion but also highlights their long-term commitment to the Chinese market. The first Hilton Garden Inn property was opened in Shenzhen in 2014 and since then, the brand has expanded to prominent cities in China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Guilin, and Aksu. As part of their future plans, Hilton Garden Inn is set to launch more properties in China, including popular tourist destinations such as Zhangjiajie, Ordos, Huangshan, Shanwei, and Jinan.

In June, Hilton announced the debut of Hilton Garden Inn Gen A with initial locations planned in Nanjing, Chengdu, Chengde, and Jinan. These upcoming properties will further strengthen the brand’s presence in the broader Asia Pacific region. Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President of Development, Asia Pacific at Hilton, adds that over 200 Hilton Garden Inn properties are currently in the development stage across Asia Pacific, affirming the brand’s quest for expansion and growth.
