Colliers Expands Occupier Services Team Asia Pacific
Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate services and investment management firm, is expanding its occupier services team in Asia Pacific with the appointments of Leanne Chin as director of regional tenant representation for the region and Ali Porter as director of enterprise clients for Hong Kong. Both Chin and Porter bring extensive experience in the real estate industry and will play key roles in driving growth and providing strategic expertise to occupier clients across the region.
Leanne Chin, who will be based in Colliers’ Singapore office, joins the firm with over 15 years of experience in the tenant representation and commercial leasing sector. She has a proven track record of success in working with major occupiers across Asia Pacific, particularly in the technology, pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors. As director of regional tenant representation, Chin will be responsible for overseeing all tenant representation services across Asia Pacific, providing clients with strategic advice and support in all aspects of their real estate needs.

In addition, Colliers has appointed Ali Porter as director of enterprise clients for Hong Kong. Porter will make the move to Hong Kong from London, where he has been with Colliers’ Europe, Middle East and Africa business for the past four years. A seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of industry experience, he has a strong track record in leading corporate real estate accounts across EMEA. In his new role, Porter will work closely with occupiers to align their real estate portfolio with their corporate strategies across Asia Pacific, helping them to drive greater operational efficiencies and cost savings.
