Frasers Hospitality Launches Its First Hotel Residence Northern Vietnam
Frasers Hospitality, a subsidiary of Frasers Property, has recently revealed the opening of its newest hotel residence, Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen. This marks the first property for Frasers Hospitality in the Vinh Phuc province in Northern Vietnam, as announced on November 5th.
Situated just 50 minutes away from Hanoi, Vinh Yen is a bustling city known for its rich cultural and historical heritage. Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen boasts 88 fully-furnished serviced apartments, featuring a mix of studios and one- to three-bedroom units.
