Based on URA caveats, 19 units were sold at Bartley Residences this year, with an average resale price of approximately $1,817 psf. The most recent transaction was a one-bedroom unit on the ninth floor, measuring 463 sq ft and changing hands for $828,000 ($1,789 psf) on June 26. Other resale transactions at the development range from $1,620 psf (when a 797 sq ft unit was sold for $1.29 million on June 20), to $2,024 psf (from the resale of a 1,087 sq ft unit for $2.2 million on Jan 7).Located along Lorong How Sun in District 19, Bartley Residences comprises of 702 units spread across eight residential blocks. The development offers a mix of one- to four-bedroom units, ranging from 463 sq ft to 2,250 sq ft. Lee expects high demand for the property due to its proximity to several schools, including Maris Stella High School (Secondary), Maris Stella High School (Primary), and Bartley Secondary School, which are located within a 500-metre radius of the development. Bartley Residences is also situated within walking distance of Bartley MRT Station.
