The Broadley, a new residential development located in London’s desirable Marylebone neighborhood, is set to launch its units for sale to Singaporean buyers. The project, consisting of 215 units, is being marketed exclusively by Savills Singapore and is expected to be completed by 2029.

The Broadley is a joint venture between Mount Anvil, a London-based developer, and the Westminster City Council. The development is part of the council’s larger Church Street regeneration project, which aims to revitalize the area with new homes, retail spaces, public amenities, and green spaces. Savills Singapore’s senior director and head of international residential sales, Ruben Koh, describes the project as “the first to benefit” from this transformation.

All apartments at The Broadley feature private balconies or terraces and come equipped with appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. Residents will also have access to an array of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge service, a gym, a residents’ lounge, a screening room, and a garden with play spaces.

The development is located in fare zone 1 of London’s public transport system, making it easily accessible to the city’s central area. Three London Underground stations, Edgware Road, Marylebone, and Paddington, are within walking distance. Other notable stations such as Oxford Circus, Bond Street, and Baker Street are just one stop away.
