Frasers Property Redevelop Robertson Walk Joint Venture Sekisui House
Frasers Property and its long-term partner, Sekisui House, are collaborating on the revitalization of Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson. The prime location, currently under a 999-year lease, will be transformed into a mixed-use development that includes 348 residential units, a diverse range of food and beverage options, and exciting entertainment offerings. Construction is expected to begin next year and the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028.
The development, according to Frasers Property, will have a total gross floor area of 30,664 square meters (equivalent to 330,067 square feet). This marks a significant milestone for Frasers Property as it continues to actively manage its assets. Soon Su Lin, the CEO of Frasers Property Singapore, expresses her enthusiasm for the project, saying that it aligns perfectly with the company’s asset management strategy. She adds that they saw the potential to maximize returns by unlocking the full potential of the prime site in the heart of Robertson Quay.
