Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific

Hilton and YTL hotels, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s YTL Corp Bhd, recently signed a series of property agreements to introduce the LXR Hotels & Resorts brand to Thailand and the Tapestry Collection by Hilton to Japan.

Under the LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, the Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village will be joining the family. In addition, the Green Leaf Niseko Village will become part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and the Hinode Hills Niseko Village will be a part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. These agreements involve the conversion of existing hospitality assets and are anticipated to open by the end of this year. For instance, the Kasara Niseko Village will be converted from an eight-villa townhouse, while the Green Leaf Niseko Village will be transformed from a 200-room hotel of the same name.

All three Japanese properties are situated at the base of Mount Annupuri, within the Niseko Village Ski Resort, providing guests with convenient access to the renowned powder-soft ski slopes of Niseko.

The upcoming 275-room Rawai Phuket will be located at the southernmost tip of Phuket, with an exclusive beachfront and easy access to nearby islands. This new addition will further strengthen Hilton’s luxury presence in Thailand, attracting high-end travelers to Phuket.

With the inclusion of Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village, LXR Hotels & Resorts will now have a global portfolio of nearly 20 properties. These properties showcase LXR’s dedication to adventure, offering guests a personalized and luxurious experience. The Green Leaf Niseko Village will join over 170 hotels worldwide as part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which highlights the fusion of local cuisine and vibrant design. The Hinode Hills Niseko Village will also become part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, a selection of 180 properties globally, each featuring unique and upscale architecture that reflects the property’s individual story.
