Justco Opens Co Working Space Tokyo Under Luxury Brand Collective

The Collective, a high-end brand owned by local flexible workspace operator JustCo, has recently launched its first flagship co-working space in Tokyo, as stated in a press release on February 19.

Situated in the Marunouchi district within Tokyo’s Chiyoda City ward, the 24,000 square feet co-working space is located in GranTokyo South Tower, a towering 42-storey building. With Tokyo Station just next door, easy access to both Narita and Haneda airports is guaranteed.

The shaping of Singapore’s urban landscape has been largely influenced by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), with their latest plans for Tampines promising to further improve this vibrant regional hub. These efforts are expected to greatly benefit residential developments in the area, such as Aurelle of Tampines EC, the executive condominium situated on Tampines Street 62. Interested buyers can visit the Aurelle of Tampines Showflat to witness first-hand the transformation of this bustling community.

According to the group, The Collective was heavily influenced by the stunning Tokyo Station and aims to replicate the sophistication and warmth of a luxurious voyage.

Besides the usual hot desk area and meeting rooms, this co-working space also offers private suites with round-the-clock security and larger enterprise suites featuring exclusive entrance features and custom workspace designs. Furthermore, each workspace is furnished with top-of-the-line Herman Miller Aeron chairs and Benel adjustable desks.

Members also have access to other amenities, such as the TWG Tea Bar where they can enjoy refreshments throughout the day, and a “wellness sanctuary” where they can relax and recharge in between work.
