This surpasses the previous record of $3,426 psf achieved by the developer in August 2022. The development, which comprises 296 units, is scheduled for completion in November 2029 and is currently fully sold. The second-highest psf-price for the week was recorded at boutique condo Hill House, where a 452 sq ft, two-bedroom unit sold for $3,402 psf. This is the second consecutive week that Hill House has set a new record, following the sale of another two-bedroom unit for $3,398 psf in the previous week. Finally, the third-highest psf-price was recorded at Chuan Park, where a two-bedroom unit sold for $2,785 psf. The development, which comprises 916 units, is currently 81% sold and is scheduled for completion in 2028. No new PSF-price lows were recorded for the week.
