Chris Pilgrim, who has been managing director of global capital markets for Asia Pacific (Apac) at Colliers, has officially departed from the firm. He had joined the company in 2021 as the director for global capital markets in London and took on the role of managing director for Apac in Singapore in 2023.

Pilgrim has recently joined Avison Young, a leading real estate company based in Toronto, Canada. Avison Young announced Pilgrim’s appointment as principal, managing director, and UK head of capital markets in a press release on August 11. The role will be based in London.

Before joining Colliers, Pilgrim had a successful career at CBRE for almost ten years. He has worked in various offices of CBRE, including London, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore.
