According to a caveat lodged on Aug 22, a 1,141 sq ft three-bedroom unit fetched $2.7 million, setting a new record of $2,366 psf. This marks the first time a unit in Sky Vue has crossed the $2,300 psf threshold. Previously, the highest psf price at the condo was $2,225. This was achieved through the sale of a similar-sized three-bedroom unit for $2.54 million. So far this year, there have been 19 resale transactions at Sky Vue, with an average price of $2,104 psf.Apart from Sky Vue, The Promont has also achieved a new high of $2,166 psf during the period in review. The sale of a 2,077 sq ft three-bedroom unit on the 17th floor for $4.5 million on Aug 16 set a new record for the freehold condo.
